FAQ

Plan the commitment around the work

How is the cost calculated?

The rate is £800 + VAT per day, with a minimum of four days (£3,200 + VAT) per month. Above that minimum, monthly costs depend on the number of days we agree.

How much time does a business typically need?

A typical commitment is one day a week for early-stage businesses, two for scale-ups and three for established teams. The right commitment depends on the business problem and scope; a focused project can also be an alternative.

Is this advice or hands-on delivery?

Both. The offer combines growth leadership with hands-on work on pipeline, acquisition economics and marketing execution. We agree the priorities and scope for the engagement.

What are the engagement terms?

You can end the engagement with one month’s notice. There is no longer fixed term and no equity requirement.

What should I bring to an introductory call?

Bring the growth problem you want to solve, your current stage and what you have already tried. The 30-minute introduction is a way to discuss fit before agreeing any work.
