Fintech and SaaS may look similar from the outside, but they move to very different rhythms. Fintech demands proof, patience, and compliance. SaaS thrives on speed and iteration. I’ve spent years inside both, learning how to balance regulation with growth.

In fintech, trust is the real currency. Marketing has to align with regulation (open banking, AML, Consumer Duty etc.) without killing creativity. In SaaS, the challenge is discipline: knowing when to automate, when to double down, and when to stop chasing every new idea.

I’ve launched regulated banking products, built compliant acquisition funnels that still scale, and run go-to-market campaigns across the UK, Ireland, DACH, Benelux, and the Nordics. What converts in London rarely lands the same way in Berlin or Copenhagen so I localise messaging without creating complexity.

Every campaign I design respects both sides of the equation: compliance that keeps regulators happy, and clarity that wins real customers.
